Yes. You'll receive a Health History, Media Release, and Liability Waiver by email before your first session. If it's easier, I also keep paper copies in the studio that you can fill out when you arrive.
We keep the studio clean, calm, and welcoming. Please arrive on time, silence your phone, and wipe down equipment after use. Treat the space, the apparatus, and fellow students with respect so everyone enjoys their time here.
Comfortable, form-fitting clothing works best. Grip socks are optional. Please avoid zippers, metal details, or large jewelry since they can damage the equipment. If you forget, I keep a few spare leggings and tops on hand.
Every lesson is guided classical Pilates instruction with a full-body focus. Even in group classes, you'll get personal attention to help you move safely and effectively.
Group Classes: Cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations are subject to a $15 fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean you can't join for safety reasons. No-shows forfeit the session fee.
Private Lessons: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel late, you can rebook the lesson within the same calendar month at no penalty. If not rebooked, the lesson fee will be forfeited.
If the studio needs to close, you'll be notified (whenever possible at least 12 hours ahead) and your session will be credited or rescheduled.
Clients must be at least 16 and in generally good health. If you're pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a medical condition, let me know in advance. If you're in acute pain or injured, please check with your physician before joining.
All classes are prepaid, and memberships are billed monthly. All transactions are handled through Vagaro's secure payment system. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may update or cancel your membership at any time with at least 7 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle.
